I can hear the background music now.  I can see the flashing disco lights ashing my body as they cut the darkness.  I can feel the beat.

Dance.  Just dance to it.

To dance is to immerse oneself in the pulse of life itself.  The good, the bad and everything in between.

Because we you dance you forget all of it and you are lost in the present moment.

Which is all that matters, really, isn't it?
